A small juice bar with a simple belief — fresh food should be available to everyone, every day.

Exotic Spoon started as a simple stall in Ahmedabad with one goal: make genuinely fresh juice accessible at a fair price. No concentrates, no premixes, no preservatives — just real fruit, blended on the spot.

We grew from a single counter to a full menu: cold-pressed juices, sprout bowls, healthy snacks, and made-to-order meals — all built around whole ingredients sourced daily from local markets.

Every item on our menu earns its place. If it can't be made fresh, it doesn't appear on the menu. That's a constraint we've kept from day one and don't plan to change.
